Plantronics Voyager 855 is the latest addition to the manufacturer’s line of Bluetooth-enabled headsets. By its look, it reminds of other models including the 665 and the 655, but it isn’t so when it comes to functionality. It includes new design of the buttons and sliding microphone which gets closer to the mouth, for improved outgoing sound. Considering the DSP system for reducing the surrounding noises, the 855 should deliver a qualitative sound.

The key feature of the Voyager 855 is that it turns into a stereo headset, as an additional earpiece attaches to it. This will allow you to listen to stereo music, coming from a phone or other device, featuring Stereo Bluetooth (A2DP profile). This will lead to additional 5 grams in weight (due to the cable) and total of 15 grams, which is 67% more than the 665 but still a good result.
