Motorola is a company that has a long tradition of mobile phones production and variety of accessories for them. Because of this reason, there is no way we can miss to introduce you their first model with behind-the-ear design - Motorola H605, which was presented in 2006. The headsets of this type very rarely present in the product catalogs of the accessory manufacturers and it will be interesting for us to see how Motorola has coped with that.

The device comes in an oval transparent box that is specially designed to draw your attention even from a distance.

You can find in the box:
- Motorola Bluetooth Headset H605
- Motorola Charger
- User guide

Design:

The hands-free device is made of a black color in combination with several silvery tints that outline certain details on it. For comfortable extended wear, the designers made the inner part of the headset of a soft black leatherlike material.

multi-functional button
All in all, you have at your disposal 3 control buttons located on the upper part of the outside curve of the headset. They stand out with a mirrored
silvery color and they are designed so that you can feel them at a touch. Unfortunately, we can say that they are not placed at the best possible place and that makes their use rather unhandy. The Volume Up/Down keys are located too close to each other and it is difficult to distinguish one from the other. The multifunctional button (call key) is the easiest one to use, which is located further down the outside curve of the device and because of the fact that it is larger, it is easier to be used.

[ads right[1]]The mini USB connector is located at the lower part of the device and it is used for charging. The connector is protected by a soft rubber cover, which is a good idea, but after charging first several times, the rubber cover loosened and after that it is partially opened. For charging the device you can use either the sales package charger or you can use a standard mini USB cable to charge it from your PC. Right below it, on both sides of the side-part of the headset, is placed the letter “M” – the logo of Motorola, which is distinguishable by its light silver color.

The microphone is located at the bottom end of the device and the LED indicator is placed right beside it. The LED indicator remains invisible under the mirrored coating until the device is activated. The present working mode of the headset is indicated by specific blue lights.

Adjustable speaker

The headset adjustable speaker swivels and pivots and you can wear the headset on either ear. Besides that it can tilt to fit to the ear of the user.
